We are associated with NKB Kredit, a premium fund raising and financial advisory consultancy group committed to empowering businesses with strategic financial solutions. Our prime capability is to arrange working capital loans for MSME organizations. We arrange equity funding via SME IPOs as well so that the businesses are able to use public markets for financing. We are advised by Mr. Naresh Bansal, chartered accountant and CEO of NKB Kredit, with more than 25 years of extensive experience in the financial services sector. His extensive understanding of lender risk attitudes, business models, and market drivers enables us to craft funding solutions that are precisely tailored to the exact stage of business development. Our Process
We evaluate needs for funding in advance on the basis of stakeholders’ long-term vision and accordingly seek sources of funding from different lenders and investors by being capable of adjusting the risks and opportunities of the borrower’s business successfully. Fundraising without collateral is our first preference, based solely on tangible and verifiable business performance and prospects. Once we have completely understood the business and its USPs, we go through the most viable funding alternatives, such as MSME promotional schemes. We believe that we will be able to bring in nationalized banks, private sector banks, NBFCs, and other institutions of finance to raise the required funds—either in terms of unsecured equity participation or secured business loans. We offer funding up to 200% of your property value as working capital and up to 5 crore as unsecured funds.
